• I was offered the new customer deal when I used "chat" to cancel few months ago, I was a customer of just 18 months. (I had already ordered Vodafone broadband to the new address, so...)

  • I guess they would offer me the new costumer deal too if I asked, but in the previous years, when I renewed, they always insisted to charge me another set of set up fees and admin fees and every time I had to make a complaint to have those fees waived... 🤷🏻‍♀️
