I bought one of these to mount my Hope post mount caliper on flat mount forks

Yeah, Clarks and TRP do them, amongst others I’m sure. You have to use a carrier for front flat mount brakes anyway for some reason. I’m pretty sure I bought a Clarks one and I had some issues with the head size of normal Allen bolts so I ended up drilling it out a bit
