FS: Pipedream ALICE Steel Bikepacking/Gravel/Adventure Do-It-All Bike

I heard a fortnight or so ago that I'll be working from home indefinitely as the building we were working in has been repurposed since COVID (how kind), so the bike I built to be the ultimate commuter/bikepacker now is struggling for a purpose. I bought the F+F plus a few extras here (https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/335054/) in November 2019 and built it up from there. Currently built singlespeed (sliding dropouts) and will clear 27.5x2.8in tyres, but will also run 29x2.3in.

Hands down it's the best single bike I've ever owned, but at this point I don't need a jack-of-all-trades bike as I have more specialist bikes which scratch the relevant itch better, so it's probably the right time to move it on. Happy to sell, or to consider P/X or trades for a fast road bike, CX race bike, or perhaps an XC race bike.

S0 the spec is:

1. Pipedream ALICE frame and forks (Medium) in a kind of matt/satin green
   
2. Custom StraightCut designs bolt-in framebag, with divider, orange lining
   
3. Matching StraightCut designs toptube bag
   
4. 650b carbon clinchers handbuilt to purple Hope Pro4 hubs with Sapim spokes (by my LBS - not me!), also includes WTB i35 with SP centrelock Dynamo hub
   
5. Hope X2 calipers and Hope Tech Evo levers
   
6. SON Edelux II front and rear lights
   
7. Jones H Loop bars with Brooks slim grips
   
8. All the required components to turn back into a 1x10 - either Shimano SLX or XT, can't remember
   
9. Thomson finishing kit (layback seatpost and 70mm X4 stem)
   
10. Hope seat clamp
    
11. Hope purple crankset
    
12. Hope purple BB
    
13. Velo-Orange Zepplin mudguards
    
    

I'm sure there's more I could add but that's everything I can think of right now. As you can see from the list, I didn't hold back building this up as I never really thought I'd sell it, but times change and we can't hold on to things forever. I'm thinking that £1275 sounds fair, for something that is completely ready to roll for multi-week adventures. The Apidura seatpost bag could also be included at an extra cost if needed.

Really hoping for collection from South Devon, but assuming that's not practical I'm happy to post (assuming you can bear with me while I find a box and pack it up) or also happy to drive a reasonable distance to meet in a COVID-secure manner. PM me if you have any Q's.

Registering interest in wheelset in case of split. Bike is unfortunately too small for me.

Noted, cheers @Oddo. Although, if it does get split I'd probably keep them for my hardtail!

N.B will come with bar end plugs, I just took the special ones that hold the Pogies on out of the bars ahead of taking the photos!
