Would you use a pipe detector first? Or just go in gentle-like with a multitool?

Loads of older houses we work in have floor boards so we tend to use a bolster first, if not yeah the multi tool is the one now. My old mans been at the gas for 40 years and never sawed through a pipe because of caution. We also don’t have a pipe detector.

Imo it’s just reckless from the spark
