It pretty much sums up estate agents - they add a thin sticky veneer to everything, with no real value.
100 - 150k to do up makes it feel like it's too expensive, even if it's a really good size.
Where's the roof access - Is it through the centre bathroom? There's some weird things going on in the middle.
