What Kinetic One set are those wheels?

Built to order. Big boy K1 rims on Dura Ace hubs with sapim spokes. Some of the roads here on the Island are quite gnarly. I didn’t want to be crying over regular deep sections when they chipped or cracked. Time trial bike has gone so time to move them on.

Apologies for what might be seen as a dumb question.

Are the K1 rims all alloy or Carbon with an alloy braking surface??

Also what model DA hubs are they??

Hi RT hope you are well
The hubs are Dura Ace 9000 series with the titanium freehub. The set was made up for TT’ing in the 2015 season in which I did about 10 x10’s 2 x25’s and about the same again in ride outs so I would say no more than 300 miles. I got my best 10 time on them so mission accomplished and I can claim to have beaten Pete Kennaugh (he DNF’d)

Since then they’ve been gathering dust in wheel bags and like a lot of stuff it is time to go. As I said above I never used the Dura Ace skewers, they are a thing of beauty so are still in the box.

As for weight I would estimate that they are Somewhere around 1900-1950g. The kitchen scales are on vacation in the Uk and the bathroom scales aren’t sensitive enough.
