Signed up for the STRIDES study too, and ticked the boxes for them to use a sample for random genetic stuff: http://www.strides-study.org.uk/
They used the machine for Hb testing and managed to get 170g/L, previously when I've been tested on it (because the copper sulphate test was inconclusive) I've been close to the 135g/L limit (got 136g/L once!)
