Ybr or cdm version of?
Seized swing arm bolt dealt with on my old ybr, was a total bastard, seized into almost every part of it, had to drill it out with a modified pillar drill and about 6 long evenings.
Don't ignore getting it free, mine the swing arm Bush was starting to stick on one side, then the arm itself cracked in half at the weld, came the closest to life being ended as it threw me sideways on motorway slip road almost into a truck trailer.
Don't ignore them, get them free and check bearings are ok.
