Pelissier hubs, maybe? Way too old to be Dia Compe Ene Ciclo for sure.

I was thinking maybe Airlite hubs but then looked closer and you can see they are modern wheels with Velocity rim decals. The hubs do look just like the Ene Ciclo.

Looks like a Shimano 5 speed freewheel, an MF-TZ20, so wouldn’t that rule out the Dia Compe hubs?
