Ybr or cdm version of?
Seized swing arm bolt dealt with on my old ybr, was a total bastard, seized into almost every part of it, had to drill it out with a modified pillar drill and about 6 long evenings.
Don't ignore getting it free, mine the swing arm Bush was starting to stick on one side, then the arm itself cracked in half at the weld, came the closest to life being ended as it threw me sideways on motorway slip road almost into a truck trailer.
Don't ignore them, get them free and check bearings are ok.

It's the old carb YBR with the extra 2 horses of power over the efi 💪.
Yeah, heard some horror stories of frozen swing arms and cracking! With all the suspension off its moving free across the full range of motion now and no play, I just can't get that bolt out to service the bushes or re grease.New caliper mounting bracket was fouling the front disc bolts by a mm so had to file that back, rain stopped play before I got to bleed it through.
New dash's loom is nothing like the loom on the bike so that's been fun too. I wasn't going to bother and see if I could just blag the lights not working on the little cafe clock but thought I'd give it a go. Everything works except RPM so far.
Marauder idea is on hold, I've spent 2 solid days bunking off "work from home" sorting what I'd written off as a winter neglect tragedy. Servisol soaked all the connections and switches and it jump started! So better the devil you know... One more year then I'll do my big test lol.
Swing arm is free and bushes seem ok but the bolt is stuck (standard) and in need of a tidy up. Wire brushed the lifting paint, sand, clean and slapped the Hammerite straight to rust on, same with the engine mounts up front. Looks like a community service railing job up close, but much better from a few paces and should hold off further rusting for a while.
New sprockets on, header bolts out (6 hours of soaking, trying, finally a crack and more soaking and slowly working the bolts back and forth. Exhaust is solid but rusty, going to harpic and elbow grease and see what I get.
Headset bearings adjusted, seem usable still.
Calliper piston is corroded (again, but it was a cheap Chinese copy) so ordered another caliper.
New cables and battery on order.
New rear light on order - old one was gaffa taped in place since I got it.
Original dash snapped off last year so stuck a little speedo on, but that doesn't read speed. I use my phone anyway, but my understanding is for an MOT a speedo just has to be present. N/HB/I LEDs aren't (can't be) wired in though - potential MOT fail there...
Actually can't wait to get back on it, I'll keep chipping away at the jobs list. fingers crossed!
