• Ive found Senderos in real mud, the type that CX racers drag me into, are wheel spinny nonsense. (Nukeproof Digger Comp)

But for gravel and single track I rate em highly. Strong too.

Incidentally for my new build im plumping for G-One Bite in a 45c. I really want at least half decent road mile munchability for huge adventures. (G One Speed 35c also for road touring)

  • I’ll say they held up very well in west of Scotland nastiness, but we don’t get that tacky slimy clay cx poo - I just put too many road miles on them and the small worn down knobbies were more of a hindrance on the road than a help off-road. Is your new build 650b or 700c?

  • Fife wids and Forth dykes style standstill pedalling. Also a fair few road miles, but narrow tyres for mud or just stay out of mud its a nuisance.

New build is 700c. Do it all adventure road/gravel/touring/winter road yada yada.
