I've had mixed results over the last couple of months, more recently though they've been pretty good.
Bossman-
Rapha customer service were totally useless.
I did the online chat thing. Told them pretty much what I posted above and they took about 10 minutes to “look into it” and come back and tell me that the tracking was saying it was expected. No shit Sherlock Holmes.
I’ve to give it a couple days and get back to them if no change.
Not a great first impression.

Are Rapha usually slow as a week in the jail getting orders out?
I ordered Sunday, got the dispatch confirmation email Tuesday, Hermes tracking has been at “We’re expecting it” ever since.
