  • I share your frustration.

For the big lads, I’ve been documenting bib leg lengths over winter…

  • MvdP was very ‘young pope’ at MSR start yesterday.

  • Pro team Long always was my go to but quality is piss poor nowadays.

  • I'm 2m and mostly leg. PT long were my go-to until I found Endura Pro SL long, more comfortable and a good chunk longer.

  • After all the chat about NVPA this really made me laugh this morning.

    "Free Bidon"

  • Nice, I like it. Subtle. "Free Bidon" 'cause it is guna COST YA!

  • The fonts they’ve used... all a bit early Oakley if you ask me.

  • They're pushing Hard on instagram.
If they have the funds to keep it up, they might just make it.

They've got absolutely nothing unique but some people want that I guess

  • Where has this brand come from? Two weeks ago I've never seen nor heard (not that I have a finger of the pulse of fashion) but now after seeing a few ads on Facebook in my weekly check its in here and on the gram as well. Is it just as PhilDAS said and they are pumping money into ads to make it big?

  • "free bidon" is fantastic.
    it sticks with you #stickybottle

  • Are we all getting these IG ads because we viewed the website?
I’m not sure I can find anything to spend £100 on as I’m not a post-diet experienced professional

  • I don't mind their kit... it's just a bit too much like PNS... big blocky Helvetica and not much else going on... plus why has everything got to be race-fit, none of us are pros.

  • This is true. Good work on that table too @snoops - interesting to see. Still trying to find a decently priced, plain bib short that has a leg length comparable to PT Long (I'm a spindly lanky sack of coathangers and most bibs look like hotpants)

  • '"Free" Bidon' would be more accurate, no?

  • I don't want to start a new thread unnecessarily but was wondering if y'all could expand on a list of companies making merino blend/ Sportwool jerseys?
    Rapha obviously
    Torm
    Albion?
    Cafe du Cycliste?
    Shutt

These don't need to be retro, I am just looking for decent modern wool jerseys for long commutes that wont be too disgusting to put back on for the return ride home... I'm basically going to get a couple of Torm jerseys but wondered if there is anything else to consider?

    Cheers,
    Matt

Edit: lolz, thank you google - https://www.rouleur.cc/blogs/desire-journal/the-best-merino-wool-cycling-jerseys

  • Also came to say keep an eye on the Peter Blake Milltag collection (I saw it on Instagram last night)

    Could be good!

  • Looking for some good options on cycling caps/bottles with interesting prints. Ideally I'd be getting Tenspeed hero but don't have time for the shipping (gift). e.g.

    Any good alternatives?

  • I concur with the Endura Pro SL, still feel a touch short but way better than any other options I’ve tried.

  • Thirded. By far the best fit in the leg at 6’4 and large buttocks!

  • Also Milltag - the TfL prints maybe? Bit marmite I guess...

    Edit - sold out...

  • I once saw a NeonVelo race team rider hop a red light in Regent's and spit on a pedestrian who called him out. Very cool.

  • I'm boycotting NeonVelo on account of it being total dogshit.

General musing: Is this thread title ironic? Almost nothing is stylish.
