He was but he ran out of funds. He was also the first conservative voice to speak out against the Govt mismanagement of the pandemic response

I'm surprised they didn't try and get Rory Stewart back on board and have him stand. Kahn hasn't been particularly impressive so you'd think they could get someone to give him some competition.
