Thanks all.
Wife is Japanese so she likes that style of bath.
Our girls have baths every night so I have to clean it every time anyway...

Guess the waste is probably the main issue (and funds)

Build in the bath. Raise it on a step plinth which includes the loo waste on one side. Just put the shower over the bath.

Japanese you say? A Japanese style bath would work great and they tend to be deeper and more square which could work.
