I like that, doesn't suggest there's a batcave full of cool vehicles around.
I missed a chance to buy a garage at the end of my street 20 years ago (didn't have the money! and didn't like the arrangement with water and electric). They wanted £50k at the time. I know the guys who own it now but I don't think there's any chance of them selling it and even if they did it would likely be £100k.

Surprisingly hard! Mine is conveniently behind the apartment but tumbledown to say the least. I had to do the wiring myself and run it to the house via 10 gauge to the washer / dryer plug. It is even less salubrious outside...
