That could be why the ABS warning light is on and I've been getting a juddering steering wheel. Time to fit some new discs and pads I think.

Test the honesty of the dealer by getting someone else to inquire as to the car and whether they are flexible on price? It's still for sale on eBay at £10k

Engine light stayed off on my 35 mile drive home, but time will tell.

It’s a great drive. Third gear for dual carriageway roundabouts is just obscene.
