Club Roost i-beam stem i think, unless it has a gap down the middle (when viewed from the top) in which case it might be the SR one @vilms5000 speaks of (or some other Japanese outfit) cant remember, but there was definitely a Japan made mtb one with a split in it - I done seen it :-)
