Yes that's the stuff. I've got the leathery style Fizik on the Merckx on previous page, and also have it in white on a couple of bikes, and agree its great, it lasts for years and is easily kept clean with some soapy water.
I used to use the older Fizik Dual bar tape which had exactly the same suede-ey feel as the stupidly named new stuff, and in my experience it also lasts for years. Over time the suede-ey-ness does go but the tape ends up looking like the black leathery tape, but guess with lighter colours it may look a bit rougher over time, I've only ever had it in black.
