What year did Stannard win at Tatton Park after going solo up the Cat and Fiddle?

Sadly the cost of fixing the roads to enable a race round here would be seven figures.

Nah, let em ride what we ride, 32mm tyres, and a repair patch kit, they'll be alright.
Stannard won in 2016, was a great day, all the local school kids and (step)parents got to follow the pros through town at the start.
