  • It just says South Cheshire to Warrington. Bit vague isn’t it?

I’m not really sure where you’d route that to make it interesting unless you went east or west to find some hills. Maybe up through Tarporley and Delamere. It’s all a bit flat though.

What I really want to see one year is a long day in the Peaks with 4,500m of climbing.

  • Yeah, exact route to be announced, started in Congleton (where I live) in 2016, my guess is it'll be the flat side of South Cheshire, so probably start Nantwich way.
Would love to see em route it the hilly side, up over Killer Mile, over Biddulph Moor, across to Bosley, then take yer pick of ways to the Roaches (my choice would be Wincle/Gradbach route), then over to Brickworks or Cat n Fiddle/Blaze Hill, out through Bollington/Prestbury/Tatton Park...but that's all very unlikely.

  • I suspect we’ve discussed this before but I’m from Holmes Chapel. There’s a few from that neck of the woods on here.

Up onto Wildboarclough and through Macc Forest then up to Pym’s Chair past the chapel. It would be a proper spectacle.

  • Almost what you called for then!

Still think they should let me map them a proper hard day in the Peaks though. No Pym Chair, no party.
