Only a few months and I don't wear it that often. Taking in the sea a couple of times has sped up the process I'm sure however!

My watch clear out continues.
Anybody keen on an Eterna 1948 Legacy in brown? Hirsch strap. Box, warranty card. £500 if somebody on here wants it. If not, will be going on eBay.
It's a shade under 42mm wide and just under 10mm thick. Super nice to wear. I've just never liked the brown, even though it looks awesome in the sunlight. Not my colour really.

New boots on the Omega but I won’t be wearing this until Destructo-Boy has gone to bed.

I used to work for Theo Fennel and he did a silver diffusion range called Alias while I was there so it’s from that. I blinged it up a bit though and rose gold plated the snake and set tiny diamonds in its eyes.

I also got the workshop to customise this one and cut off the lower jaw. I then got the crown gold plated and set some more tiny diamonds set in.

Yeah I love them but don't get to wear them very often as they're quite big. I've got a smaller Frederick Grove one that I wear on my pinky that's just being adjusted now that's a bit more subtle.

It’s a lovely watch - I only discovered it by chance and glad I did. Can’t quite pull off a speedy pro but the reduced is too small (and has the chrono module thing). This is half way between at 40mm and has a proper co axial chronograph movement, a short lug to lug (just under 46mm I think), so has presence but fits a smaller wrist. Absolutely love it.

I love it.
Is it hand wound? Does it hack? Not a joke - I got a Speedy Pro... again, the hand winding is even worse than I remembered with the first one, but I just like it too much. I'll try to get used to it.
@Señor_Bear that SMP300 is such a popular watch recently, I know at least 5 other people who own it. It's very, very hard to resist...

I keep getting spammed by its Americas Cup Breadbin.
I mean I like the boats but.

it does hand wind (and hack) but like your experience with the pro it's not that easy to wind as the crown is quite recessed - but this one is an auto so only need to hand wind it if I haven't worn it for a few days. Add in the discreet date window at 6 o'clock and it's a great daily wear.
The other difference is the tachy scale is sloped as you can see in the pic, so it wears less 'flat'.

Eventually you are going to make me buy one of those Alsta. :)
