So good! Me and Mrs EB at first were actually thinking the packaging was incorrect and it was meat, it was so fibrous

Just got one of the Gauthier at Home dinner kits delivered- box is reassuringly massive

They've had a few mentions in this thread, just to add Zads in S.Mcr is great. Beyond Zads Burger with ZFC & Fries is my favourite.

Laminate method a game changer. Seitan mix itself needs more seasoning, was a little bland. Liquid Smoke, cayenne etc.

But laminate, yeah!

This is the one I use, can never have too much b12

I usually go for the b12 one, have also had bosh recently as that's what there was, they're all the same as far as I can tell.

The resident expert on nooch is @ioreka, like the others I can't tell any difference. I also tend to get the B12 one.

Here in Germany we have different kinds, from different brands, and they actually vary a lot - in price, in texture, and also in taste.. only really like one or two of them (favourite being "Erntesegen" should you ever come across it).
