Everything on the forum is sarcasm unless it's in the gravel thread, then it's serious business.

Plenty of clearance......:)

Not of tubeless no, but those side walls are very porous. Had a puncture in the rain and the air was bubbling though the sides.
Reckon a few coats of latex should do it though.

if we're being honest, having like a 6k, lightish egravel bike would be fucking sweet, boring hucking it up hills after the first one or two
actually spending 6k on said bike tho, whom would do this

The bar for this thread is basically underground now

No one actually rides gravel bikes though so at least the battery would last flipping ages and the low CoG will really help balancing for those insta photos

yes, mostly when fresh leaves and foliage on the ground get rained on the first few times in atumn. then a lot of it ends up in the guards, if you dont have them set up so that the distance to the tire starts at its minimum and increases.
but thats like 2 weeks a year, otherwise its fine: either more wet, so that everythings flushed through, or so dry that nothing gets sucked in.
mud and studded tires are a different story though... they need lots of clearance imo.
but ymmv -

Amey is just ahead of the trends. I don't see why the flannel shirt, don't go fast crowd aren't already in one. Proper rides without the fitness, what's not to like.
