Just bought a set. Came to £15 with delivery, but I have a spare 25.4mm stem lying around so much cheaper than buying a new 26mm stem and handlebar (as all compact handlebars apart from decathlon's seem to be 26). Wonder if it's possible to sand off the anodised black in the centre to make it match with my silver stem. I've heard oven-cleaner might work as well. Is this a bad idea without dental insurance?
