He's said he wants to do Tokyo MTB if selected. TBH, I'm surprised that GB have qualified a male rider but who knows how it works...

Given Sagan just rocked up and rode it last time, I don’t think the entry criteria are particularly strict.

I am not sure they have. Highest placed British male in 2020 was 150th, in 2019 92nd and in 2018 73rd. Women are obviously a different story between Annie Last, Evie Richards and Isla Short.

And to what end is he doing this? Seems inept are going to let him ride mtb a bit? Olympics maybe?
