Unsure if you want the actual answer but it's cast member Kyle Mooney. I'm assuming his character is supposed to be the artwork/logo/poster designer for Avatar.

Sorry, I actually meant who is he supposed to represent. I was in bed fading fast. I was expecting James Cameron. But yours makes more sense.

What is interesting to me is that I have always felt annoyed by the title. Like it was just lazy. I had no reason for it, just felt annoyed. Kinda summing up my general annoyance for blue pocahontas. Now I have the reason. Papyrus.
