True. I think he's a properly exciting player though.

My problem with Daly is that he makes too many basic errors for a guy with 50 caps and 2 (?) Lions caps. His pace is not quite top-end (though he's no slouch).

Yeah, best back in the side. Not good enough to get a starting position. He has never felt more than filling in at full back to me.

Suffers from being versatile, unfortunately. If he'd stuck at 13 through his career, he'd have been superb. Not a 15. Not at all.
