Having caught up on the weekends action, I still cant get over how badly attired most were to start with and two how much the pros struggle to get a waterproof on and lack of options they had available.
I'm no handling wizard but this seems harsh. Cannot imagine putting on a jacket while being freezing, knackered, at high pace and watching out for attacks from your rivals is easy? Not to mention the awareness of the camera watching you.
I think it may also be down to the fact everything is cut far tighter than it used to be. Also some fabrics may not play well together like those rubberised bumps on the sleeves might make a jacket hard to put on or take off
