  • What selling the NFE?

  • I always thought the boardman looked the bees knees - whats happening to the frame once this is built up?

  • Building it up as a proper gravel bike with 2.3 tyres for my best friend.

  • Who is fabricating the new frame, is it another Elephant?

  • Very cute! I've been keeping my eyes peeled for one since you built yours up so nicely.

  • Who is fabricating the new frame, is it another Elephant?

Oh no, no no, no. No.

It’s much more local in south west London.

  • Isen then.

  • Which rack is that please?

  • Any pictures of this bike fully loaded?

  • Which rack is that please?

Haulin' Colin, which will be moved from the NFE to the new BR.

  • Ah thats it, i knew it was an american compant, i was thinking pass and stow

  • Update; the headbadge will be rusty.

In the past, I never really have a proper headbadge until the Cycle in Motion stainless one which is a nice nod to Sheffield and really bring out the bike.

This time, we agree that the headbadge will be hand made and untreated steel to allow it to rust as time go by.

  • Current geometry chart subjected to changes.

  • Rust never sleeps

  • Now we know it's a 75mm drop you can be reassured.

  • I'm never completely reassured where Ed's concerned ;-)

  • That have been the main subject of conversation ranging from 70mm to 80mm actually, and TBF it’s a pretty important one giving pedal strike off road isn’t pleasant at all in the very least.

  • Excited to see a developing Ed-thread for the first time myself. Eager to see what's coming.

  • 395 reach with 100mm stem .. thats too long for you

  • 68mm reach drop handlebar, gonna fit Salsa carbon bar.

It also mean if I feel like changing bar, I can fit shorter stem on.

Current bike reach is 385mm with 110mm stem, don’t want it too long that the bar is above the rack.

  • ‘Short stem’ 100mm?

  • lol good thread title you furious, pathetic little man

  • #lowBB4lyfe

As you long as you don't fit mega wide flats you'll be fine.

  • Slight tweak to increase stand over height and it’s going to go ahead soon.

Seat tube now 58cm from 59.5cm, everything else remain the same.

    Project delayed, for obvious reason!
