This is why I built mine up from a frame and a bunch of components, but there are some things that are just not available anywhere.
There's no GRX anything except a few stockists with chainsets.
There are no flat mount calipers anywhere, but you can get Shimano 105 with flat mounts, so this is probably the way to go. I bought post mounts and added adaptors.
I couldn't find much SRAM stuff either, but I wasn't really looking.
Even factory wheels are tough to find.
