    I just did that in duolingo last night and can't remember what it is.

    Oh "to know"? and I also found out that "yo se" is "to know" which is way fucking easier than all the other options they used already: entender and comprender

  • I think there's slight differences in meaning but not loads, comprender being almost a cognate of comprehend, entender being like understand, so you really get it, saber as to know, like a fact or skill or something. Also have creer which is to believe but works like to know a bit, and conocer which is to meet or know a person or maybe a place.

  • I think I've done most of them in Duolingo but the fact I can only remember them when presented them to my eyeballs here means I clearly couldn't use them. I'll probably stick to "comprendo" because it gets the meaning across and I can actually remember it :)
