I bought a bottle and let a drop of it and Squirt dry on a sheet of plastic for comparison.
It's a bit crumblier than Squirt so will probably fall off quicker.

I guess because it's intended to be removed before firing, maybe should've guessed. I wonder if adding a glug of paraffin would make it more useful for chains?
