I have ridden this at 6’0 and my wife at 5’7, would be fine for small, about 5’4 I think.It’s long, fits inside an 8ft long shed though.
The stock build is £1000? This is hugely upgraded, the rear hub is £150 more than the stock shimano, the front being a dynamo is about £40 more. This has disc brakes (you could add a rim parking brake) and is ready to go!
Looking for around £1500, will consider offers.
Based in somerset, can post but it’s about £100.
