As @Jonny69 says, photo 5 that big long gouge with a hair line in it already is gonna be your failure point.
A skilled alloy metal fab person can fix that, they'd cut out/drill out the damage, relief it, weld it and then plate over it most likely.
On most long johns that front bulkhead is the area that picks up most battle scars, worth it for new riders/when your precious is brand new, to wrap it in inner tube, or if you cut some old road tyres up and zip tie them over the leading edge, prevents damage during those first few self inflicted crashs

Does anybody have any thoughts on the damage at the front and if it would be a deal breaker? I haven't gone to see the bike yet but trying to over the next few days.
