  • This is what the gf has said. They're sugary crack apparently so I'm shouldn't buy them (not that they've appealed).

  • OMG. Pinballs. I can smash a packet in minutes. I was addicted for a while but I've weaned myself off them. I relapsed yesterday though.

  • gave me a massive headache and made me really angry for a while.

Surprisingly this really makes me want to try them. Are you in advertising? You should be.

  • These pinball things sound a bit like dodo cough tablets, which I think had some psuedoephedrine in them. A colleague once gave me a dodo tablet shortly before I went out to buy some fruit and veg and I was amazed I didn't get into any fights in the market - I was really wired and aggressive.

Dairy Milk and Ritz combo - I thought it might be interesting but it really wasn't.

Has anyone here been to the Ritter sport factory? My elder son went a couple of years ago and came back with a huge carrier bag full of their stuff. If I ride up the Rhine again one day, I'll seek it out.

Haha, yeah, I sort of am, for my many many sins

  • Nom nom nomitty nom

  • any of that Norwegian salty licorice shizzle is alright by me

  • Commonwealth games opening ceremony featured many giant Tunnocks Teacakes

  • Not sweets but this stuff is like crack to me.

All the fruit found within has been candied and combined with the salted nuts provides a moorishley addictive sweet and salty combination.

  • Blurghhhh

  • I was chasing downthe spfg ride to heathrow but gave up near hounslow.
    B&m stores provided consolation prizes.

  • How DARE they!

Bet the new slimline Toblerone costs the same too, pshhhh..

  • It was a case of making them smaller or increasing the cost. They opted for the former (for now)

  • I lol'd at how they said they wanted the Toblerone to remain "affordable", like a genuine cost of living.

  • Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction

  • Snickers creamy Peanut Butter are amazing.

  • Picked up a pack of these Sour Patch Kids the other day. Just about sour enough, but a bit more sticky than chewy which lets them down a tiny bit. Would recommend.

  • Have caramacs vanished from Earth?

I've been (casually) looking in supermarkets, but always come away wanting.

Any high street sightings, let me know!

  • Still available, but more of a cornershop item. See also finger of fudge and a chomp bar.

  • Tracker bars are getting hard to find too :(

  • Maybe try a Youth Hostel, they always seemed to be in their packed lunches when I was a kid.
