Making a few changes to my lineup and it's time for this one to go. This is a really nice lightweight XC hardtail. I like this bike a lot but it's a bit too close to my gravel bike, which I find suits me better for local conditions.
Trek Superfly Carbon frame 18.5", Fox float 32 fork. I swapped to SLX 1x11 not too long ago, it should have about 500kms on the chain, cassette and rear mech. The Hope narrow-wide chainring is a little older but still in good condition. Wheels are stock Bontrager, I thought about changing them but they've treated me pretty well. Sturdy enough and very easy to seat tubeless. Tyres are Bontrager XR3 Team 2.2s. I haven't used this in a while so I will give it some fresh sealant (Orange) or put some tubes in, whichever you prefer. Standard Bonty saddle/post/stem, Easton Haven carbon bar, Ergon grips. Pedals not included, I can throw in some basic DMR flats if you need.
Condition should be clear from the photos, there are some scrapes on the frame and one on the fork. One of the stanchions is marked but this doesn't cause any issues with the fork - this happened a few months after I got the bike, and I've used it for 4 years since without fault.
Looking for £750, which I've based on recent ebay sales. This is a bit lower than the ebay prices (I've seen alu framed versions going for this price, and carbon ones over £900!) but I can't really justify it being more than this if that makes sense? I've had 4 good years out of it and now I'd like to see someone else enjoy it too. Location is just outside Oxford, given this is a London centric forum I'm willing to drive to west London for a sure sale. Otherwise I can box it up and post at your expense.
