Have you tried the Micro Puff from Patagonia?
Packs up small, very warm for what it is, getting a lot of use out of mine.

Patagonia is good, also have one. I found it a little restrictive and not very waterproof though. This on the other hand is the best purchase I’ve made in a long time.

Doesn't have an insulated hood! I have to keep my bald head warm.

they come up big, I have one, its excellent compared to Arcteryx I have. Harder wearing and warmer, the cuff elastic is much better.

Packs down super easy into a Restrap Canister with room to spare if that helps?
Still trying to find the right bike packing jacket, this one comes up a bit small for me so back on the search. Basically new, tags removed, went for a walk with it, didn't like the fit. They fit more like a small/medium.
Uses RAB amazing new Stratus Insulation 60g/sqm so pack down very small and keeps you nice and warm, so perfect for camping/hiking/backpacking
