If the NIP is damaging the GFA, then why is the DUP not bringing a court case to that effect?
The GFA mentions "border infrastructure" so an invisible customs border in Ireland is acceptable maybe?
But since even Sweden / Norway need anpr cameras and gave closer regulatory alignment...good luck with that.
