this looks great, i'm glad it can be done, i hope you do buy one and report back with your own findings.
i think from unsupported handlebar bags i've tested, as long as they have stuff in them and the bottom is stiff it's fine and doesn't "droop"
drooping can also be counteracted by foam spacers on the head tube strap equal to the length of your stem, and having the bag sinched tight. i have a small outershell one and it works well with just bar straps and a foam spacer on the headtube paracord, but is a bit small for a flask.

Maybe bags do not droop on the internet? Anyway, I looked at too many pictures and I'm going to go buy a super c tomorrow and see what happens.
