I have to use ms word (mac) for work and frequently use track changes.
In the preferences screen for track changes I have checked that all relevant drop downs menus are set to “by author” however when I view a document the changes are all the same colour. It seems that this only applies for the first two reviewers so that if two reviewers are working on a document all edits are tracked in red, but if a third reviewer edits the document then their suggestions show up in blue. However more often than not we’re working in pairs.
This is fucking infuriating and has been driving me crazy for ages! Is there a way to fix it?
