Nope, I’ve a mortgage on it.
Took a day for HSBC to decide plus I got an extra structural survey for my own peace of mind.
Used HSBC as they offered good rates and already had the previous owners mortgage on it - so in effect already owned it.
Santander were also happy to lend.
