It's a shame really. 140mm works perfectly fine for my needs on the rear and would have liked matching hopes but I'll put up with keeping the shimano rear caliper
What's the reason for not using Hope and 160mm? One bike I'd like to use Hope calipers on already has a fork with 'rear-style' flat mount direct for 160mm so I guess it would take a an unnecessarily huge 180mm front rotor.
No practical reason. I have an RX4 and 160mm on the front and it's very effective.
I just like the smaller rotor on the rear where it's not as necessary. Looks neater is all.
I'm a fairly light rider on a fairly light bike. I'm thinking about RX4 front and rear for my next winter bike build though
