Court refuses judicial review because the Home Office promises leniency for people that miss the deadline. But the policy on that is not published yet, so how do the courts know it is good enough?
The HO stats are also off, like all statistics but we don't know by how much as they aren't too interested in detailed breakdowns on refusals/double-counting etc.
