What I don’t get with that NVPA stuff is how they’ve managed to register so many trademarks for words like LONG, MESH, SHORT and BIB? Must’ve cost a fortune to register them and all the legal fees against other people that use these words to sell cycling apparel...

I think they're taking the piss. I wonder if Dan Stevens (amateur racer banned for a couple of years for refusing a doping test) is still involved.

I know they're taking the piss, but I wonder if they know that using the ® symbol infringes on copyright laws. You can't just use it for the sake of "style".
