I haven't actually attempted it yet! It doesn't look crazy difficult though. I'm trying to decide whether to remove the original leather first or to leave it on (lower risk of damaging the underlying foam).
My tips so far from my reading are:
- use thin leather, i.e. < 1.0 mm, eBay has offcuts. You'll need bigger than 30 x 40 cm.
- follow a good guide (I would link one but I have lost the damn link)
- use impact/contact adhesive and small bulldog clips

I’ve got a flite ti in knackered yellow leather that I’d love to recover- how hard is it? Any tips?
