Yes, it is. Size is M, top tube is 54 cm center to center.

That's not the official measurement Cinelli sometimes associates with the letter-based size though, which is likely what is causing the confusion :)

You can see the official geometry table here (scroll down), the size M is officially "53cm", which is the seat tube measurement instead of the top tube measurement.

yeah, at cinelli website there is that toptube is 53 cm, but after my measurment it is 54 cm (it has slopping geometry so effective could be 53 cm after all)

So to clarify - it's the measurement of the seat tube, not the top tube (as I think is common for 'headline measurements', unless I'm mistaken). Centre of the BB to top of the seat tube, apparently.

Yeah my bad. Totube is 54 cm c-c, seattube is 53 cm c-t, headtube is 13,6 cm:)

I would really need to overlay these geometries with my current track frame’s geometrie to see if it would work for me. Thanks for all of your input gents.

You should check the reach and stack and angles on both framesets, because it could be diffrent and it makes diffrents too. But about the vigo steel frameset i can just say thats it is fast, comfy and in high speed you have really nice control on it!
