ride to the park bike
Where do the cans go? Serious question
Those forks are amazing but are they good enough to make fluoro and cream work?? I'm struggling to even visualise it -

Good morning people, could you help me identify the version and build year of this Pompino frame?
Raw finish, no wishbone seat stay, no cable hanger, only one eyelet at the rear dropouts. I'm thankful for any help. Cheers

V4, I bought mine in 2016, I have a blue one, but there were only two available: blue and raw mat. Later on there was some shiny raw or something

I think this keeps getting asked. But I'll ask again, there were rumours about a new pompino a couple of years ago with discs. Where did this go? Anywhere ? Nowhere?
Not a pompetamine, I had one of them it was fine for commuting / slow miles. -

Don't think anything came of it. And with PX's new frameset prices, it would probably be about £600...

"We are continuously reviewing the range and unfortunately plans changed with bringing back the Pompino, apologies about that"

I thought a pompetamine was just a pompino with discs (and wider rear spacing)? What would be different in a new pompino with discs?
-
• #8369
about £300

The handling characteristics of a Pompetamime was very different to a Pompino, in my experience. The latter was fun to ride with lively handling, the former was like riding a canal barge.

Oh right, I thought they had the same geometry as well

I found my pompetamine rode fine, as did my pompino.

its rideable!
needs shorter reach bars though, it feels a little long right now.
I hope that sorts it out.

Hello folks. I've got a light blue Pompino (which I think is V1), with 135mm spacing at the back. Anyone know the maximum tyre width that will fit a 700c wheel in there? Thanks!
