Swann, on the other hand, has too much personality for my punditry tastes and was almost unlistenable on the Indian comms, especially as (entirely understandably) neither of his co-comms seemed to get any of his jokes, impersonations or cultural references...
I find Swann particularly objectionable. He’s desperate to be Jack the lad but lacks the humility that allows someone like Tuffnell to get away with it.
I don’t dislike Cook at all. He’s insightful, but it’s all delivered in a slightly quiet and one dimensional way.
