Ha. Nothing much has changed in the future.
Passed 2k miles in the car now so checked how much that cost me in electricity: £92 or 4p per mile. Not bad for winter and heavy motorway. Roughly an average of 330Wh per mile.
Sping / summer should see that dip to 250Wh per mile and so my next 2k miles should only cost me £70 or one tank of fuel (350 miles) in the Range Rover.
The worst thing that’s happened is our next door neighbour has bought a Tesla Model 3 LR in Blue. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery and all that but at least chose a different colour.
